My clients average about 1.75 inches lost in less than 1 month with this exercise alone. You do it by sucking in your belly, focusing on your belly button. So suck in your belly button and not your upper belly area. Suck it in as much as possible and then hold it for 15-60 seconds. Keep the tension. Then exhale, rest briefly, then repeat.
